The township of Sort, thanks to its spectacular natural contrasts and its villages, has been the setting for different filming projects among which one of the most remarkable is the shooting of the miniseries “Voices of Pamano”, in 2008. Since then, the town has adhered to Xarxa de municipis de la Barcelona Catalonia Film Comission in order to promote the shooting of other films in our territory for production companies in search of localizations and logistic and service conveniences.

Studies about shootings in Catalonia during 2008 made clear the activity carried out in the town of Sort, positioned among the 15 municipalities in Catalonia promoting more film productions.
